Second Opinion on Your Agency

Is your agency actually earning its fee?

Send me your reports. I’ll tell you straight what you’re getting.

In your own words. A sentence or two is fine.

What you get

  1. A plain-English read of your reports.

I go through what your agency sends you and explain what the numbers actually mean and which ones matter.

  2. What you’re actually paying for.

I list the work that’s being done, the work that’s on the invoice and any gaps between the two.

  3. What’s working.

If your agency is doing good work, I’ll say so. The goal is an honest answer, not a reason to switch.

  4. What’s missing.

I’ll show you the gaps in tracking, Google Business Profile, AI search visibility, ad structure and on-site SEO that are costing you leads.

How it works

  1. Send what you have.

Fill in the form and upload or link your latest reports. Read-only access to Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Ads helps, but it isn’t required.

  2. I review it myself.

I do the review personally. It doesn’t go to a junior. If something’s unclear, I’ll ask you.

  3. We talk it through.

I take you through what I found, in plain language, and you decide what to do next.

FAQ

Will my current agency know?

Not from me. What you share stays between us. If you give me read-only access, your agency may see a new user in the account, so I’ll tell you how to set that up.

Do I need to give you logins?

No. Reports or screenshots are enough to start. Read-only access gives me a fuller picture, but it’s up to you.

Are you just going to tell me to switch to you?

No. If your agency is doing a good job, I’ll tell you. Plenty of these reviews end with “stay where you are, and ask them for these three things.”
