This business didn’t start in a boardroom. It started with a decision to stop chasing someone else’s dream and build something of my own.
I’m Joshua Birch, founder of Rank NV. Before this, I was a 9 News journalist. Before that, I played professional rugby in Hong Kong. And somewhere in between, I landed in the world of digital marketing. I worked in agencies, saw how bloated and backwards things could get, and knew there had to be a better way.
When I started a family, the choice became clear: I wasn’t going to build someone else’s business at the cost of my own values. I wanted to work directly with real business owners.
